Forecast for the semi-finals of Worlds 2021

Hello everyone! I continue a series of blogs in which I describe my thoughts and give predictions for the upcoming Worlds 2021 matches. Yesterday we finished the quarterfinals and it should be said that this was the most predictable stage of the tournament. Despite the fact that I decided to believe in Cloud9 in the last match, many people noticed that the favorites won in every match and the really strongest teams remained.
Let's quickly go over all the matches of the quarterfinals, and then I will give predictions for the 1/2 finals.
T1 vs Hanwha Life Esports
Faker started showing the form I expected from him back in the final of the LCK summer split. At the moment, he has reached the title of contender on the European server and occupies a leading position in the ladder. The whole team works like a well-coordinated mechanism that simply goes to its goal and in this aspect T1 have become similar to DAMWON KIA, which cannot but please Faker's fans.
Edward Gaming vs Royal Never Give Up
Derby of two Chinese giants, which went exactly as I thought. Edward Gaming, in my opinion, is the strongest team in the world in terms of micro, while Royal Never Give Up take the palm in macro game and it was a very interesting confrontation, however, Cryin's personal skill still let down RNG and became a decisive factor., because of which they were unable to win.
DAMWON KIA vs MAD Lions
After this match, thoughts crept into my mind that DWG could not be defeated. Those who saw the second map of the 1/4 finals will understand me: losing 6 thousand in gold, which is practically a "blind spot" on the pro-scene, the Koreans showed miracles in team fights and were able to turn the game in their favor, and MAD Lions showed weakness of character, unable to recover from this.
Gen.G vs Cloud9
The North American squad had real chances to take this card, but Bdd was clearly against it and practically pulled out a victory for his team in solo. However, I will not say that I liked the performance of the Korean squad: of all matches, even taking into account the Chinese derby, it was the most uncertain victory.
Semifinal predictions
