What is Swag Bag?
Swag Bag is a souvenir set for Dota 2 fans, released in honor of The International playoffs. It was added to the game on October 26th.

How to get a free arcana in Dota 2?
To get a free Arcana, just go to Dota 2 and select it from the list of available ones. You can get one of 13 items, although there are 19 items of Arcane rarity in the game and one more is being prepared for release.

Arcana is not available for picking on Wisp, Wraith King, Windranger, Queen of Pain, Earthshaker, Specter, Drow Ranger, Void and Razor. Also, please note that received Swag Bag Arcana cannot be traded or sold on the Steam marketplace.
Swag Bag Dota 2 Activation Conditions
