The first two rounds of PGL Major Antwerp 2022: European RMR B took place, following which two groups were formed: favorites and outsiders of the championship. While some teams finished the first game day undefeated, some teams actually ended up on the verge of elimination from the RMR tournament. Already the first matches of the championship gave us mixed results. While the Polish team Anonymo outplayed G2 (19:16) on the Mirage map, the Kosovar team Bad News Eagles defeated Entropiq (19:17) on Dust 2. Then the Swedes from NiP rehabilitated for all the favorites, confidently outplaying Endpoint (16:8) on Ancient. At the same time, SINNERS turned out to be stronger than HEET (16:11), having managed to prove themselves in the attack on the Vertigo map.

A successful debut turned out for the Players players, who confidently outplayed the bloodless Sangal lineup (16:7) on Overpass. At the same time, the Danish team Astralis showed a confident game against ASG (16:5), showing a real TIER-1 on Ancient. In the first of the two final matches of the opening round, the ENCE team outplayed Team Spirit (16:11) on Mirage. Well, in the parallel match, Copenhagen Flames dealt with Sprout (16:11) on the Ancient map.

Second round of PGL Major Antwerp 2022: European RMR B

Following the results of the second round of the championship, the situation became noticeably clearer, since the first favorites were determined. While Players confidently dealt with Anonymo (16:10) on the Overpass map, G2 redeemed themselves for their starting failure by beating Sangal (16:10) on Inferno. In the next batch of matches, NIP managed to keep the lead over the Bad News Eagles (16:11) on Ancient, while Entropiq crushed Endpoint (16:3) on Dust 2 and straightened out.

The Danes from Copenhagen Flames won their second victory in the RMR tournament, having outplayed SINNERS (16:9) on Overpass. At the same time, HEET closed Sprout (16:5) on the Dust 2 map, thus sending BERRY's wards to the company of outsiders. Further, Team Spirit turned out to be stronger than ASG (16:6) on the Dust 2 map, while the Danish team Astralis sensationally outplayed ENCE (16:11) on Overpass and finished the game day undefeated.
