All participants of the IEM Dallas 2022 playoffs have been determined

The group stage of IEM Dallas 2022 has ended, following which the teams ENCE, BIG, FaZe Clan, FURIA, Cloud9 and G2 Esports made it to the championship playoffs. In turn, ten other teams, including Astralis, Ninjas in Pajamas and Vitality, left the championship. Group A

Despite the forced replacement due to the absence of Spinx, the ENCE team became a real revelation of group A. Already in the first round, the team confidently outplayed MOUZ (16:9), after which they knocked out G2 Esports (2:0) to the lower bracket and advanced to the final. Here the wards of sAw created the main sensation of the group stage, getting a strong-willed victory over FaZe Clan (2:1).

In turn, FaZe Clan routinely started in the group stage of IEM Dallas 2022, beating Encore ESC (16:5) and Vitality (2:0) on the first day. However, in the final of the upper bracket, the team failed to cope with ENCE (1:2), thus limiting itself to the quarterfinals of the tournament.

The third ticket to the playoffs from group A was received by the G2 Esports team, which began its journey in the group stage with a victory over Movistar Riders (16:5). However, the wards of XTQZZZ lost to ENCE (0:2) and fell to the lower bracket, where they had to overcome Astralis (2:1) and Vitality (2:0), knocking out their slot in the 1/4 finals of IEM Dallas 2022.

Group B

The unexpected winner of group B was the German team BIG, which outplayed Ninjas in Pajamas (16:10), MIBR (2:0) and FURIA (2:1) on its way, thereby knocking out a ticket to the semifinals.

In turn, the Brazilians from FURIA got off to a good start at the group stage of IEM Dallas 2022, beating Imperial Esports (16:9) and Cloud9 (2:0). However, as we know, in the final of the upper bracket the team lost to BIG (1:2) and ended up only in the quarterfinals of the competition.

The last slot in the playoffs from group B went to Cloud9, who started their journey in the tournament with a confident victory over Team Liquid (16:6). However, further the Russian team lost to FURIA (0:2) and fell into the lower bracket. Nevertheless, here Cloud9 alternately outplayed Ninjas in Pajamas (2:0) and Team Liquid (2:0), making it to the playoffs of the championship.

IEM Dallas 2022 runs from May 30 to June 5 in Dallas at the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center. Sixteen teams from Europe, Oceania, North and South America are fighting for a prize pool of $250,000, as well as ranking points in the EPT and BLAST Premier tables.

• 2nd Place: $42,000 + 750 EPT Points + 1,200 BLAST Premier Points
• 3rd-4th place: $20,000 + 525 EPT points + 750 BLAST Premier points.
• 5th-6th place: $10,000 + 350 EPT points + 225 BLAST Premier points
• 7th-8th place: Team Vitality and Team Liquid — $6,000 + 200 EPT points + 225 BLAST Premier points.
• 9th-12th place: Astralis, MOUZ, MIBR and Ninjas in Pajamas — $5,000 + 100 EPT points.
