Team Spirit got the first victory in the group stage of ESL Pro League Season 16
Team Spirit turned out to be stronger than Endpoint with a score of 2:1, thanks to which they got the first three points in the group stage of ESL Pro League Season 16. In turn, the European team aggravated its position in the standings, gaining a foothold in the last line. Now Endpoint will prepare for the third round, where it will play with Natus Vincere. In turn, the "dragons" will prepare for a difficult meeting with the Swedes from Ninjas in Pajamas.

The first confrontation of the second round started on the map Overpass, which became the choice of Endpoint. However, Rejin's wards soon regretted their choice, as they showed no attack and took only three rounds. In turn, Team Spirit read all the opponent's decisions, thus gaining a great advantage over the side switching — 12:3. In the second half, the intrigue never returned to the server, as Endpoint players completely gave up. At the same time, the Russian team did not miss a single round, thanks to which they completed the rout and took the lead in the series - 16:3.
Next, the teams moved to the Ancient map, which became the choice of Team Spirit. The first half began with an advantage for the “dragons”, which they still could not realize. As a result, Endpoint managed to adjust to the opponent's attack and secure a minimal advantage before the side switching — 8:7. The second half benefited the Russian team, which quickly took control of the game and ran ahead. However, Rejin's wards managed to wake up again and switched the game to overtime. As a result, Endpoint managed to finish off the opponent and level the score in the series — 19:17.
Everything was decided on the Vertigo map, the first half of which ended with a minimal advantage in favor of the "dragons". After switching sides, the teams continued to trade in a series of rounds, as a result of which they again went to overtime. Here, Team Spirit did not let go, thus closing the series in their favor and getting the first points in the championship — 22:18.
