Infinity and ARCTIC say goodbye to IEM Road to Rio 2022 American RMR

The second gaming day of the IEM Road to Rio 2022 American RMR has come to an end, as a result of which the teams Infinity and Arctic suffered their third defeat and left the RMR tournament. In turn, Team Liquid and Evil Geniuses got another victory, securing their participation in IEM Rio Major 2022. Third round of IEM Road to Rio 2022 American RMR

The game day began with BO1 matches, which brought some unexpected results. In the first case, the ATK team sensationally outplayed MIBR (16:8). Well, in a parallel meeting, the Brazilians from paiN Gaming confidently dealt with Nouns Esports (16:8). Further, FURIA defeated O PLANO (16:2), while 00NATION got the most important victory in the derby over Imperial Esports (16:11).

The first participants of IEM Rio Major 2022 from America were Team Liquid and Evil Geniuses, who managed to outplay Complexity (2:1) and 9z (2:1), respectively. In the final portion of the matches, there was no intrigue, as Team oNe eSports defeated Infinity (2:0), as well as Isurus turned out to be stronger than ARCTIC (2:0).
