NAVI and Vitality will meet as part of the BLAST Premier Spring Finals 2022 grand final, where they will compete for the right to be called the winner of the championship. It is very unexpected to see Vitality here, who literally went through G2 with blood and sweat, still not giving any reason to believe in the team for the future.
In turn, NAVI again managed to create problems for itself out of the blue in the game against OG, which exaggerates a little. And yet, "Born to Win" have every chance of winning this grand final, since the opponent does not pose any real threat.
Well, the most important factor, due to which it will be extremely difficult for Vitality to play enough to win, is the absence of a truly trump card. But I propose to talk about this a little further.
Form NAVI
The third team of the world ranking arrived at BLAST Premier Spring Finals 2022 in an intermediate state. Firstly, this is the first championship for sdy in the lineup, which had to take on unusual roles and learn new positions.
Secondly, this is the first full-fledged tournament for electroNic as a captain. As a result, "Born to Win" lost to OG already in the first match, putting themselves in an awkward position regarding their future prospects. But I must say that NAVI further coped with BIG and reached the playoffs without any problems.
Here the team did not do without sensations, as already in the quarterfinals they slammed FaZe Clan, letting go only seven rounds in two halves. I do not argue, that victory is a merit of motivation and preparation for the opponent.
As for yesterday's semi-final, NAVI managed to take revenge on OG, but failed to show the same confident game on the Inferno map as before. As a result, we have a certain favorite of the tournament, who still has not reached the peak of his form, and from then on makes mistakes from time to time.
Latest NAVI results:
- Defeated by FaZe Clan with a score of 0:2.
- Lost to OG with a score of 1:2.
- Victory over BIG with a score of 2:0.
- Victory over FaZe Clan with a score of 2:0.
- Victory over OG with a score of 2:1.
The best NAVI maps:
- Dust 2 - 88% of wins.
- Ancient - 86% of wins.
- Mirage - 82% of wins.
- Inferno - 55% win rate.
- Nuke - 40% win rate.
At the same time, the team still refuses the Vertigo card.
Form Vitality
The tenth team of the world ranking came to BLAST Premier Spring Finals 2022, as it seems, with one goal - not to perform even worse than last time. Personally, I was prepared to write off the Danish-French team for scrap, because in six months they did not manage to achieve anything, but only asked new questions over and over again.
So at the start of the championship, Vitality lost to G2, prematurely falling into the lower bracket of the group. Well, at least the team was able to beat the Brazilians, and even there they managed to give up their peak.
But who would have thought that in the playoffs, zonic's wards would be able to get past ENCE first, and then take revenge on G2. Say this two days ago, it makes more sense to call the mental hospital and put on a straitjacket. However, the Danish-French team managed to jump above their heads, having obtained two difficult victories.
However, I don't see any glimmers of hope in Vitality's game as the team still doesn't bounce back in difficult moments. As well as the strategy "switch to French" from the Danes will not work at a distance.
Vitality's latest results:
- Lost to G2 with a score of 0:2.
- Lost to G2 with a score of 1:2.
- Victory over paiN with a score of 2:1.
- Victory over ENCE with a score of 2:0.
- Victory over G2 with a score of 2:1.
Best Vitality cards:
- Vertigo - 67% of wins.
- Dust 2 - 64% of wins.
- Overpass - 60% of wins.
- Mirage - 50% of wins.
- Nuke - 50% win rate.
- Inferno - 38% of wins.
At the same time, the Danish-French team continues to refuse the Ancient map.
Statistics of meetings NAVI — Vitality

Prediction for the match NAVI — Vitality
We return to the most interesting - maps. The only thing that can help the Danish-French team in this series is Overpass. But here questions pop up, the first of which is what about the map of NAVI.
In turn, "Born to Win" is now playing very well on Dust 2, Mirage and Inferno. And now look at what Vitality picks and try to understand what prospects the wards of zonic have.
Of course, at any time you can outplay everyone and choose an inconvenient opponent's map, on which he hardly plays (I'm talking about Overpass). But there is always a chance to stumble upon a hidden preparation for a specific match (which, by the way, NAVI has already caught FaZe Clan on).
Based on the previous match, they played on Inferno and Mirage. I think it is the most comfortable pool for the Born to Win, who will not let go of their own in this variant. Summing up, I don't have much faith in Vitality, which has everything too complicated and shaky.
Therefore, here I would recommend taking a risk and betting on the victory of the NAVI team with a score of 2:0.
