In this championship, the team places fifth and is three points behind eUnited. TACO and the company beat Rogue, CompLexity and Renegades, made a draw against Cloud9 and OpTic gaming, however, lost to the teams EUnited and NRG eSports. Team Liquid chose a map de_inferno, on which they officially played 24 times this year. The guys won 16 times of these 24 and in general, de_inferno is one of the best maps in the history of Team Liquid - all rosters of the organization have a win rate on it in the sum of 63%.

In its turn, SK Gaming is in decline now, however, this doesn’t stop them from holding the seventh place in the rate of the best teams by HLTV. This year, the guys have held the 3rd-4th place at ELEAGUE Major: Boston 2018, the first place at WESG 2017 North American Finals and the 3rd-4th place at cs_summit 2. The team was not able to enter the top four at various large championships in March, April and at the beginning of May.

The team holds the sixth place in the North American division of ECS Season 5 and has already lost all chances to get to the final stage. Even in the case of victory over Team Liquid, the roster will reach only the fifth place, which will not give them a right to compete in the LAN final. During the division, SK Gaming lost to Cloud9, NRG eSports, Luminosity and Renegades but prevailed over OpTIc Gaming and Rogue. The only draw was made against the team eUnited. In the match against Team Liquid, the Brazilians preferred to play de_train, on which they played 16 times this year and a win rate was 50%.

The teams are incredibly equal, which is reflected by bookmakers’ odds - Team Liquid’s victory is evaluated as 1.8 and the Brazilians’ triumph is evaluated as 2.

We think that Team Liquid will have to win the match as their trip to the LAN depends on their victory, what is more, TACO will have an additional motivation in the match against the former team, which has decided to kick him.
