If you look at the 3 matches they have each had in Pinnacle Winter Series 3.

Eclot: 2-1 Nexus, 1-2 Astralis talent, 2-1 Ambush.

eSuba: 2-1 ITB, 2-1 Sampi, 1-2 Young Ninjas

they have met each other once it ended 2-1 to eSuba last November!

To me, this screams over 2.5 maps! Both teams take their own map also it is in house!

I personally also believe in eSuba once again ends up winning over Eclot 2-1 but think it will be really close
