Team Spirit will perform at ESL One Stockholm Major 2022

The penultimate game day of DPC EEU 2021/2022 Tour 2: Playoffs has ended, following which Team Spirit secured participation in ESL One Stockholm Major 2022. At the same time, the championship will end tomorrow, May 2.

The game day began for Team Spirit with a laborious victory over Natus Vincere (2:0), after which the team made it to the match for the slot. Here, Silent's wards played the Mind Games without a chance (2:0), thus knocking out a slot at ESL One Stockholm Major 2022.

Tomorrow, May 2, the remaining participants will play for the last slot at the major from Eastern Europe. Natus Vincere, CIS Rejects and Mind Games will face each other in this fight.

ESL One Stockholm Major 2022 will take place from May 12 to 22 in Sweden at the Hovet Arena Stockholm. Fourteen teams from Europe, the CIS, North and South America, as well as Southeast Asia will take part in the championship.

The current roster for ESL One Stockholm Major 2022 is as follows: Thunder Awaken, beastcoast, BOOM Esports, OG, Fnatic, Tundra Esports, Team Liquid, Gaimin Gladiators, T1, Team Spirit, Evil Geniuses, BetBoom Team and TSM.

• 1st place: BetBoom Team — $15,000, 400 points + a slot at ESL One Stockholm Major 2022 + maintaining a residence permit in Division I.
• 2nd place: Team Spirit — $14,000 + 240 points + a slot at ESL One Stockholm Major 2022 + maintaining a residence permit in Division I.
• 3rd place: TBD.
• 4th place: TBD.
• 5th-6th place: TBD.
• 7th-8th place: HellRaisers and PuckChamp — $11,250 + demotion to Division II.
