Yesterday ended the race called DPC 2021/2022 Tour II: Eastern Europe – Upper Division. The last matches determined the name of the third team from the region in the major.

Final distribution of teams for DPC 2021/2022 Tour II: Eastern Europe – Upper Division
- 1st place: BetBoom Team - $15,000, 400 DPC points and a ticket to ESL One Stockholm 2022
- 2nd place: Team Spirit — $14,000, 240 DPC points and a trip to ESL One Stockholm 2022
- 3rd place: Mind Games - $13,500, 160 DPC points and a ticket to ESL One Stockholm 2022
- 4th place: CIS Rejects - $13,000 and 80 DPC points
- 5th-6th place: Outsiders — $12,250 and 20 DPC points
- 5th-6th place: NaVi — $12,250 and 20 DPC points
- 7th-8th place: HellRaisers — $11,250 and relegation to the second division
- 7th-8th place: PuckChamp — $11,250 and relegation to the second division
DPC 2021/2022 Tour II: Eastern Europe – Upper Division ran from April 27 to May 2. At the tournament, 8 teams from Eastern Europe competed for 3 tickets to ESL One Stockholm 2022 and $102,500.
