ESL One Stockholm: Tundra Esports defeated Team Spirit in the first playoff match

The playoffs of ESL One Stockholm 2022 have started. Behind the first series of the main stage, and the honor to open the main part of the first real tournament of the season fell to Tundra Esports and Team Spirit.

The series turned out to be tense, but Tundra Esports won it. On the first map, the Europeans bet on Lycan and Naga Siren and thus beat their opponents in 33 minutes.

The second map started under the dictation of Tundra Esports: 33 on Doom gained a starting advantage while Tiny and Chaos Knight reached their conditions, but Phantom Assassin and 3 Linken Sphere from Spirit did not allow Tundra to consolidate the advantage. At the match point, Tundra showed the signature Keepr of The Light in the mid, which Spirit was unable to resist.

Tundra Esports go to the next round of the winners' bracket, where they will play with the winner of the Thunder Awaken/BB Team pair. Team Spirit falls into the lower bracket, where they will compete with Beastcoast in a knockout match.

ESL One Stockholm Major 2022 takes place from May 12 to 22 in Sweden at the Hovet Arena. As part of the championship, fourteen teams from all over the world (with the exception of China) are fighting for a prize pool of $500,000, as well as 3,530 rating points.
