Fnatic received a slot at The International 2022 instead of Outsiders
On the official website of Dota 2, the developers have updated the DPC rating at the end of the PGL Arlington Major. It follows that the representatives of Southeast Asia from the Fnatic team are ahead of the Outsiders and take the last 12th place, which guarantees a slot at The International 2022.
Initially, many believed that the Outsiders would still go directly to the World Championship, finishing 7th-8th at the Major and earning 360 DPC points. However, Valve, having recalculated all the points, placed Fnatic above the Russian team. Fnatic earned 1020 DPC points while Xakoda and the team earned 1019 DPC points. Thus, the Outsiders will be forced to play the regional qualifier for The International 2022 in Eastern Europe.
