Closed qualifiers for The International 2022 in Southeast Asia start today. Matches start at 4:00 CET and will run every day until September 17th. The first confrontation will take place between XERXIA and TNC Predator.

12 Southeast Asian teams that did not qualify for The International by the number of points scored will fight for a direct invite to the upcoming tournament. In addition, the teams that take 2nd and 3rd places will go to the Last Chance Qualifier, where 2 more invitations to the main event in Singapore will be played.

Qualifiers will be held in the Double-elimination format. All matches of the upper and lower brackets will be held in bo3 series, the grand final will be held on 5 maps, up to 3 wins.
