TI 22 Last Chance Qualifier: NAVI and Team Secret start last chance tournament with wins

The first games of The International 2022 started in Singapore. The Last Chance Qualifier started there today, where the first 4 games have already ended.

The games of the first line were opened by Team Secret and Team Tempest. The European giant led by Puppey took 38 minutes on the first map and 33 minutes on the second to beat the Peruvian underdogs, taking the first victory into their piggy bank.

In the parallel game, NAVI and Nouns played on line B. The “Born to Win” won the match not without difficulty: having twice picked up-up Silencer for position 5 and Sven for carry, the “yellow-blacks” won 1 map in 38 minutes, and the second one in 46.

In the third match, which started at the same time as the first two, the most even meeting took place. Xtreme Gaming met with Team Liquid and exchanged pleasantries and went to the next round. 1-1.

The closing match of the first round was the confrontation between VP and Infamous. The team from Eastern Europe outplayed their South American opponents with a score of 2-0.

The International 2022 Last Chance Quaflier runs from October 8 to October 12 in Singapore, where 12 teams will compete for 2 slots in the group stage of The International 11. The main part of the tournament will begin on October 15, and on the 30th we will find out the name of the Dota 2 competitive season champion.
