It took over 100 minutes for Entity to advance to the next tour of The International 2022

The first day of The International 2022 playoffs is over. Just a few minutes ago ended the last series between Entity and Royal Never Give Up, which lasted over 100 minutes.

In an enchanting battle, Entity won the victory. The team moves further along the lower bracket, and their next opponent will be the loser of the Aster/Liquid pair.

RNG had a much more standard selection of heroes: Terrorblade, Leshrac, Underlord, Earthshaker, Lich.

For the first 40 minutes, the teams were exchanging pleasantries, which happened until the moment when RNG took the top lane and left the barracks in the mid lane. Further, the pace slowed down, but Entity did not plan to give up and systematically increased their advantage. They increased it to such volumes that at some point they were carrying 125 thousand gold.

RNG tried to get out of this situation and even tried to backdoor the enemy's throne, but the attempt was not successful. The exhausting series ended at the 107th minute with the fall of the throne from RNG after a fight at their base.

Royal Never Give Up after starting 9-1 on maps in the group stage, losing 10 matches in a row. The entire team, with the exception of xNova, contracted Covid.

The playoffs of The International 2022 will continue tomorrow. Opening the second day of the main stage of the main tournament of the year will be OG and Tundra on the second day of the competition.
