Lu 'Somnus`M' Yao posted on Weibo that he has left Royal Never Give Up and ended his playing career.
Most likely, the reason for this act was the unsatisfactory result of his team at The International 2022. Royal Never Give Up left the event after losing the Bo1 match with Entity and took 13-16th place in the standings. As a result, the team will receive a reward of 1.5% of the total fund, which is now $254,978.
Who will replace the Chinese mid player in RNG is currently unknown.
Lu Yao's journey as part of Royal Never Give Up began on November 11 last year. During this time, the cybersportsman took part in various tournaments. The International 2022, where Somnus`M completed his participation, takes place from October 15 to 30 in Singapore.
