During the third map between Aurora and BB Team, after the 70th minute, Aurora's players disconnected from the server and were unable to reconnect for 50 minutes, leading the tournament organizers to award the victory to BB Team. Aurora's coach, Lee "SunBhie" Jeong Jae, later commented on the incident, stating that there were widespread issues with their internet provider throughout the country.

What happend to HEROIC?
The players of Heroic encountered technical issues during the first map of their playoff match against Azure Ray in DreamLeague Season 23 of Dota 2.
