Sadboys, Quincy Crew, Evil Geniuses and 4 Zoomers became the first lucky owners of direct invitations to DPC 2021: Season 1 - NA Upper Division. They will be accompanied by four teams that will make their way through the closed qualification. The latter will run from January 6-9 and will feature teams such as Black N Yellow, Doze Reborn, 5ManMidas, Undying and four other rosters that will make their way through the open qualifier.

The main stage of DPC 2021: Season 1 - NA Upper Division starts on January 18 and ends on February 27. Within the framework of the championship, a total prize fund of $ 205,000 will be drawn. In addition to financial resources, the organizers will compete for 1,150 rating units and two invitations to the Major tournament. The vice-champion will go to the group stage, while the winner will have the opportunity to play directly in the playoffs.
