The first participants of the OGA DPC South America Regional League Season 1: Lower Division have been determined

Based on the results of the completed open qualifying round, the next four were determined, which will take part in the OGA DPC South America Regional League Season 1: Lower Division. Earlier, Crewmates became the first member of the lower division, as they performed poorly in the closed qualifiers.
Such teams as 0-900, Inverse, Gorillaz-Pride and blood for blood also secured their place in the lower division.
OGA DPC South America Regional League Season 1: Lower Division starts on January 18 and ends on February 28. The total prize pool will be $ 75,000 and two invitations to the top division of the second season of DPC 2021. The winner will take home the main cash prize of $ 17,000, while the vice-champion will receive a more modest prize of $ 16,000.
At the same time, the matches of the upper division will be held. There will be $ 205,000, 1,150 rating points and two invitations to the Major tournament. The winner will receive $ 30,000 and a place in the playoffs of the Major competition, while the silver medalist will take with him $ 28,000 and will be eligible to play in the group stage of the Major competition.
Earlier, we learned that SG e-sports, Thunder Predator, Infamous and beastcoast are now direct invitees to the top division. Omega Gaming and Team Unknown made their way through the closed qualifying round for the championship. Two slots are still empty and are waiting for the closed qualifier to end.
