The first DPC 2021 confrontation in the CIS region will begin very soon. Gambit Esports and PuckChamp will fight each other in it. This will be the only match in the CIS division today. The next matches in the Lower Divsion will take place on January 21st.

DPC 2021 CIS Lower Division starts today and ends on February 26th. The total prize pool of the championship will be $ 75,000. Eight teams will take part in its distribution. The winner and runner-up will receive $ 17,000 and $ 16,000, respectively, and will earn invitations to the top division of the next DPC 2021 season.

DPC 2021 CIS Upper Division matches, in turn, start on January 21 and end on February 26. The total top division prize pool will be $ 205,000 and 1,150 DPC Ranking Points. The eight participants will also share the prize money. The champion and the silver medalist will receive awards of $ 30,000 and $ 28,000. In addition, teams will earn 500 and 300 rating points, respectively, and receive invitations to the first Major tournament in 2021. The winner of the competition will secure a spot in the playoffs of the Major, while the vice-champion will advance to the group stage. The bronze medalist of the upper division DPC 2021 CIS will receive $ 27,000, 200 rating points and an invite to the Wild Card tournament. There teams will have an additional opportunity to earn an invitation to the Major championship.
