The results of ESL One Genting 2018 open qualifiers
This night, the open qualifiers in Europe and CIS ended.
Team Syman and sQreen’s Squad got to the closed stage of qualifiers to ESL One Genting 2018.

Currently, there is no information who will be the participant of closed qualifiers in CIS.
Such team as Swiss Quality Gaming, DotA Mastery and ANT-Esports demonstrated the best results in the European division and moved to the ESL One Genting 2018 closed qualifiers.
These teams will start their participation in the event from Round of 12.
In the open qualifiers, the teams were seeded to Single Elimination bracket with bo1 format. The decisive matches were played in bo3 format.

Four teams that will pass the open qualifiers will compete with other 8 participants to get to the LAN-final of ESL One Genting 2018 scheduled for January 23 – 28 in resort complex Genting Highlands in Malaysia. The closed qualifiers will be played in Single Elimination bracket from December 19 – 22. All matches expect for the final match will be played in bo3 format. The decisive match will be played in bo5 format.
16 teams will participate in the event, 9 of them will get invites. Other 7 teams will pass through the regional qualifiers. Currently, 8 teams that got invites are known. The last team that will get the ticket to LAN finals from organizers will be announced later.
