Not only DPCs are rich as they say. While all our attention is held back by the DPC race in various regions, other tournaments are also held there.

One of these local competitions is the Pinnacle Cup. It is not often that such events can boast of an elite list of participants, but this is not the case.

As part of the group stage, Team Spirit will play with HellRaisers. We are trying to figure out who will win this match.

There is nothing surprising in the fact that the “dragons” have more chances to win according to the bookmakers. In the second season, the team improved the aspects that became decisive when skipping the first major.

It can be seen that the intra-team chemistry is working as it should, and the micro young players have not sagged anyway. All of the above points lead to good results.

If Team Spirit has bad matches, then HR has whole series of "incomprehensible" games. For me, this is rather strange, because on paper, HR has a very strong roster with players who know how to win in Dota.

However, the stardom and "class" of the roster can play a cruel joke with HR. For example, take Elephant: the values are certainly not comparable, but I think you get the idea.

As for me, HR's main weakness is the lack of a clear leader. In Spirit, Miposhka successfully fulfills this role.

However, in recent weeks we have seen the fruits of HR work. Perhaps they have finally found what they need and Resolution will be a good leader.

Statistics once again confirm my words. HR is able to beat teams like ViKin.gg and teams like Uniquie, but the puzzle is still missing the main detail - a strong leader.

The teams have a rich history of official matches, but all the last games were played back in 2020. The teams played in the wrong line-ups, and in general that was not true for a long time.

HR won three times in 5 matches. Spirit managed to squeeze out 1 game, and 1 more ended in a draw.

Match outcome

I will say right away - I am fueling for Spirit, and therefore I will place bets on them. But do not forget that this is not a DPC, but a third-party tournament.

The motivation of the teams can be questionable, especially since it is now very important for Spirit to beat VP in the upper DPC. Perhaps the Pinnacle Cup will become something of a training ground, and possibly a resting place, so the risks remain high.
