Hanwha Life Esports started participation in LCK Summer 2022 with a defeat. In the first match, which opened this tournament, the club faced the Freecs team and defeated with a score of 1-2.
The first map ended in defeat for HLE. The beginning was quite good, the lines of the team defended exactly. Toward the end of the game, strange errors began, the team behaved dispersed, several single, incomprehensible deaths led to the fact that HLE was defeated.
In the second match, HLE took over the advantage on the map. The KDF tried to resist, but top liner “Dudu” put an end to his amazing explosion on the champion “Gnar”.
Little can be said about the third map, the game is one-sided, HLE simply could not cope with their opponent, which caused their defeat.

Gen.G, like their opponent, had one meeting during the LCK summer season. Their first opponents were KT Rolster. Unlike the current rivals, the Gen.G club won with a score of 2-0.
The first match was tough for Gen.G. At first, they sagged in the score and dragons, but thanks to the pressure exerted during the match, they somehow prevailed in gold and movement on the map. However, one good performance of the fight on the dragon turned all the advantages towards Gen.G, after which the enemy in the person of KT began to have problems that led to the defeat of this team.
The second map throughout the game was for the Gen.G team. With a small margin, but they prevailed in many respects over their opponents. The end of the match was quite impressive, KT made a mistake due to which Gen.G. put an end to this confrontation. Just like the opponents of the current match, I would like to note an excellent burst from the top laner on the champion “Gnar” who ended this game.

Gen.G are doing well in the LCK scene, as we can see from the first match. If you do not go into details, a fairly easy game for them. The former LCK finalists know well what they need to win. So I will give the victory to them.
Hanwha Life Esports showed themselves not in the worst way, perhaps they will be able to take the victory at least on one map, but this is unlikely. I can only add that for this match the bookmaker gives funny odds of 9.4 on HLE and 1.05 on GEN.
