Rogue, in general, showed good preparation for the group stage, but we must admit that they still lack personal skill against FPX and DWG. Inspired proves that he is the main star of this roster, showing good performance, even against the world's giants. You can at least remember his game on Fiddlesticks against DAMWON KIA. Variation in strategies in this meta is a good quality and Rogues have it.

Cloud9 also performs well even against FPX and DWG, but their early game performance leaves a lot to be desired. There is still a big problem in the form of Fudge, which is simply worse than the other toplainers in the group and cannot compete with them in the skill. This can be compensated for with some kind of homemade preparations, such as Malphite, as in the game against Beyond Gaming, but C9 doesn't really want to pick them.

The early game in this meta decides a lot and even though they play well from being behind Cloud9, I don't think they will have a chance against the European team.
