OP secured 1st place in Group A at PUBG Global Championship 2022
PUBG Global Championship 2022 kicked off in Dubai, where 32 teams battle it out for a $2,000,000 prize pool. The championship is at the stage of the group stages and we already have the results of the first test of the pen in group A.
The sole leadership with a gap of 10 points is held by representatives of the European region from the OP. The team scored 54 points in 5 rounds, while finishing in the TOP-2 only once.
The second line is closed by Twisted Minds, a team from Eastern Europe. They have 44 points. In addition, the top 8 includes NewHappy, Global Esports Xsset, Danawa e-sports, NaVi, CERBERUS Europe and YAHO.
Outside the winning bracket are Freecs, ShuaiGeDui, Entropiq, Tianba, Baegopa, 22 Esports, Soniqs and Theeration Five. These clubs will still have a chance to make up for lost points in the next 10 rounds of Group A.

The group stage of the PUBG Global Championship 2022 takes place over 3 days, where 5 matches are played every day: the fights are held according to the standard “last man standing” rules. The top 8 teams from the group will advance to the upper bracket of the Bracket Stage, while the remaining eight will start their way to the championship from the lower bracket.
Group A matches will resume on 3 November.

The initial prize fund of the championship is $2,000,000. 30% of the proceeds from the sale of PGC 2022 items will go directly to the prize pool.
