VCT 2022 Group Stage Draw Presented: EMEA Challengers Promotion

Riot Games has revealed the results of the VCT 2022: EMEA Challengers Promotion Group Stage Draw. At the championship, which will be held online from April 1 to April 9, nine teams from Europe and Turkey will compete for a monetary reward, the amount of which has not yet been approved, as well as one ticket to VCT 2022: EMEA Stage 2 Challengers.

Group A

Group A will feature Sector One, Rebels Gaming, Excel Esports and Surreal Esports — the winners of VRL France, Spain, Northern and Turkey, respectively. From here, only two teams will make it to the playoffs of the competition.

Group B

Since the regional league for the CIS has been cancelled, nine teams are taking part in the VCT 2022: EMEA Challengers Promotion. In this regard, Anonymo Esports, FOKUS and Team Falcons, the winners of VRL East, DACH and MENA, respectively, will be represented in the second group. Two teams will also advance from Group B to the playoffs.

Note that in the semi-finals of the championship, the remaining participants will meet BIG and SuperMassive Blaze, the teams that took the last place in the VALORANT Champions Tour 2022: EMEA Stage 1 Challengers.
