Ninjas in Pajamas and Fnatic are in the same group at VCT 2022: Stage 1 Masters - Reykjavík

Riot Games made the draw for the group stage of VCT 2022: Stage 1 Masters - Reykjavík, as a result of which, in the first quartet, fate brought Ninjas in Pajamas and Fnatic together, while OpTic Gaming and Team Liquid will play against each other in group B.

VALORANT Champions Tour 2022: Stage 1 Masters - Reykjavík will kick off with a group stage featuring eight of the twelve participants. Each group will feature four bottom seeded teams.

Group A:

• Fnatic.
  
• Ninjas in pajamas.
  
• DRX.
  
• ZETA DIVISION.
  

Group B:

• OpTic Gaming.
  
• Team Liquid.
  
• KRU Esports.
  
• XERXIA.
  

Two teams from each quartet will advance to the playoffs, where they will join the four seeded teams: G2 Esports, The Guard, Paper Rex and LOUD.

Championship starting pairs:

• DRX-ZETA DIVISION.
  
• OpTic Gaming - XERXIA.
• KRÜ Esports - Team Liquid.
  

All matches of the championship will be held in BO3 format. The exception will be the lower bracket final and the grand final, which will be held in the BO5 format.

VALORANT Champions Tour 2022: Stage 1 Masters - Reykjavík will take place April 10-24 in Iceland. Twelve teams from all over the world will compete for an unannounced prize pool, as well as rating points.
