Evil Geniuses and 100 Thieves made it to the semi-finals of VALORANT Champions Tour 2022: North America Stage 2 Challengers. The next quarter-final started on the Breeze map, the first half of which ended with a minimal advantage for the Evil Geniuses. At the same time, after switching sides, Evil Geniuses managed to strengthen their position in order to upset the opponent and take the lead in the series — 13:8.
Then the teams moved to the Icebox map, the first half of which ended in parity. However, after switching sides, Evil Geniuses managed to seize the initiative to run ahead and make it to the semi-finals of VALORANT Champions Tour 2022: North America Stage 2 Challengers - 13:9.
