The OpTic Gaming team was stronger than XSET with a score of 2:0, thanks to which they made it to the semi-finals of VALORANT Champions Tour 2022: Stage 2 Masters - Copenhagen. In turn, the XSET team fell into the lower bracket of the championship, where they will play with Leviatán. Well, OpTic Gaming will have to play with the South Koreans from DRX in an attempt to get into the final of the upper bracket.

The final quarter-final of the event started on the Haven map, which became the choice of the XSET team. However, the North Americans quickly regretted the decision to choose this particular map, as they managed to take only two rounds in defense. After the side switch, XSET never managed to return to the game, although it tried to impose the initiative. As a result, OpTic Gaming scored a confident victory at the opponent's pick and took the lead in the series — 13:7.

Next, the teams moved to the Bind map, which turned out to be the choice of OpTic Gaming. In this case, the situation did not change in any way, since XSET continued to experience difficulties in adapting to the opponent. In turn, Chet's wards first showed an excellent attack, and then managed to prevent the opponent from returning. As a result, OpTic Gaming didn't leave any chances to the opponent, thanks to which they made it to the semi-finals of the championship — 13:6.

VALORANT Champions Tour 2022: Stage 2 Masters - Copenhagen takes place July 10-24 in Copenhagen in a mixed format. The first weeks of the championship will be held in a studio format, while the final three days will take place at the Forum venue. As part of the championship, twelve participants from Europe, the Americas, Brazil, Japan, South Korea, and Southeast Asia compete for a prize pool of $650,000, as well as ranking points needed to qualify for VALORANT Champions 2022.
