VALORANT Champions Tour 2022: South America Last Chance Qualifier has come to an end. Eight teams from Brazil and Latin America competed for the $50,057 prize pool, as well as two tickets to the upcoming VALORANT Champions 2022, as part of the championship, which took place from August 7 to 14 in Sao Paulo at Ginásio do Ibirapuera. KRÜ Esports became the champion of VALORANT Champions Tour 2022: South America Last Chance Qualifier, having defeated TBK Esports (2:1), Keyd Stars (2:0) and FURIA Esports (3:0) on their way.
In turn, the Brazilian team FURIA Esports had a great start in the championship, beating FUSION (2:0) and 9z Team (2:0). However, in the battle for the first slot at VALORANT Champions 2022, the team lost to KRÜ Esports (0:3) and went to the lower bracket.
