All participants of VALORANT Champions Tour 2023: Brazil Stage 1 Challengers have been determined
The regional qualifiers have ended, the results of which have determined the final list of participants in the VALORANT Champions Tour 2023: Brazil Stage 1 Challengers. In addition to the four invited teams, ODDIK, The Union, Acadêmicos do Tucuruvi and TropiCaos qualified for the championship. All participants in the regional league will compete for the right to get into the Ascension series, the winners of which will receive the right to play in the VCT partner ecosystem for two years.
Direct invites to VALORANT Champions Tour 2023: Brazil Stage 1 Challengers went to Gamelanders Blue, Liberty, TBK Esports and Keyd Stars. These teams passed the qualifiers, having received recognition from the organizers of the championship.
The first winners of the regional qualifiers were the teams ODDIK and The Union, who went all the way undefeated. In turn, the teams Acadêmicos do Tucuruvi and TropiCaos managed to stumble in the qualification, but managed to break into the Challengers series through the lower bracket.
The championship will begin with the regular season, during which each team will play seven matches with each of the opponents. According to the results of the regular season, six participants will advance to the playoffs, while the two strongest teams will go directly to the semi-finals. The winner of the VALORANT Champions Tour 2023: Brazil Stage 1 Challengers will earn a spot in the Ascension Regional Tournament.
