The ESEA Premier Season 38 Europe has come to an end. At the championship, which was held online from August 17 to October 17, 16 teams from Europe fought for a prize pool of $ 50,000, as well as two additional prizes: a place in ESL Pro League Season 15 for the winner, as well as a ticket to ESL Pro League Conference Season 15 for a silver medalist. The winner of the tournament was the AGO team, which in the grand final proved to be stronger than their compatriots from Anonymo with a score of 3: 0.
The regular season for the future winner began with a victory in the group stage, during which the Polish team lost only two games, which did not prevent them from getting a high seed in the playoffs. The AGO team started their way to the top with a confident victory over Sprout (2: 0) in the quarterfinals. However, the Polish team continued to gain momentum, having dealt with Double Poney (2: 0) and Anonymo (2: 1) in order to reach the grand final and get a handicap.
In the decisive match AGO continued to push, albeit with great difficulty took the peak of Dust 2. However, on the third map, the team brilliantly dealt with Anonymo, thereby recording a confident victory.
