NumberOne Season 2: Finals Viewer Guide
There are only a few hours left before the start of NumberOne Season 2: Finals. The championship will be held online from January 7 to 9. The eight best teams from the previous series of tournaments will compete for a prize pool of € 20,000. In this regard, we invite you to get acquainted with the format of the event, the distribution of the prize fund, as well as the participants of NumberOne Season 2: Finals.
NumberOne Season 2: Finals format
The championship will begin with the group stage, in which eight teams are split into two quartets. The opening matches and winners' meetings will be in BO1 format, while all remaining matches will take place in BO3 format. The two best teams will advance to the playoffs of the tournament, where the four remaining teams will compete for the right to become the winner of NumberOne Season 2: Finals.

Group B:
- Ambush Esport.
- Exalty.
- For The Win Esports.
- Infinite Gaming.
The winner of Group A in the semifinals will face the team that took second place in Quartet B. At the same time, the team that became the first in Group B will play in the semi-finals with the second place from Group A. All playoff matches will be played in the format BO3.
Prize fund distribution
- 1st place: € 10,000.
- 2nd place: € 4,000.
- 3-4th place: € 2,000.
- 5th-6th place: € 750.
- 7th-8th place: € 250.
NumberOne Season 2: Finals participants
Since many of the members changed their lineups in the offseason, the upcoming NumberOne Season 2: Finals will be extremely interesting in terms of the teams' current capabilities.
EClub Brugge should be considered the main favorite of the championship. The Polish-Belgian team made only one lineup change, inviting Gringo. In addition, the team managed to retain ritchiEE, who is the most experienced player. At the same time, eClub Brugge qualified for the tournament as the leader of the standings, showing an impressive performance during the previous season.
Ambush Esport's prospects are no less interesting. The team returned to the French line-up with which they started last season. At the same time, Ambush Esport brought back all its leaders, with whom it became the champion of NumberOne Season 2: Legend Stage 1.
The updated roster of For The Win Esports, which includes story, a former SAW player, is quite intriguing. In any case, the Portuguese team has earned every right to be considered one of the favorites of the tournament thanks to its victory at NumberOne Season 2: Legend Stage 3.
GameAgents and eXploit Esports presented completely new rosters, so the teams deserve special attention. Infinite Gaming, VELOX and Exalty should be singled out as "shadow favorites". In BO1, the teams represented can surprise, especially since they managed to prove themselves at the previous championships of the series.
