NAVI and Astralis will perform in the same group at BLAST Premier Spring Groups 2022

Following the publication of the competition calendar for the 2022 season, the BLAST tournament operator presented the results of the BLAST Premier Spring Groups 2022 draw, and also spoke about the new format of the championship.

The organizers also spoke about the changes in the format of the BLAST Premier Spring Groups 2022. Now the championship is divided into two conditional parts: the group stage itself, held in the BO1 format for one day (for each quartet), as well as the Play-In stage, where everyone participants to compete for places at the Spring Finals. In the second stage of the championship, matches will be held in the BO3 format.

Group winners advance to the 3rd round of the playoffs, the runners-up teams in the groups advance to the 2nd round of the playoffs, while the 3rd and 4th place teams in each group advance to first round of the playoffs. The teams that lost in the 2nd and 3rd rounds of the playoffs go to the Last Chance stage, while the teams that lost in the 1st round of the playoffs leave the championship.
