JDC will replace Bymas with IEM Katowice 2022

The German esports organization MOUZ has announced changes to the starting roster for the duration of IEM Katowice 2022. Due to a positive coronavirus test result, Bymas has to miss the championship. The place of the 18-year-old Lithuanian esportsman will be taken by JDC, who will remain in the team until the end of the tournament.
Due to the discovery of COVID-19, we are making changes to our roster for IEM Katowice 2022. JDC will remain on the roster for the duration of the tournament. The rest of the team is ready to play after negative PCR tests.
JDC is currently listed under MOUZ NXT. In six months, the 21-year-old German esportsman won two seasons of the WePlay Academy League with the club, and also reached the semi-finals at Malta Vibes Knockout Series #3 and Pinnacle Fall Series #2.
In turn, Bymas has been playing for MOUZ since August 2020, having played with the team at PGL Major Stockholm 2021. Interestingly, the Lithuanian player has already missed championships in the past — he was replaced by chrisJ at DreamHack Open November 2021.
JDC will be the second player to move up to the first team from the youth roster, as MOUZ previously signed with torzsi. In addition, the organization also appointed sycrone, who also worked with MOUZ NXT, as a trainer.
Recall that earlier ropz received a positive test result for coronavirus, which is forced to miss the start of the championship. Until February 19, the FaZe Clan team will perform with jks as a replacement.
Interestingly, up to the playoff stage of IEM Katowice 2022, players who have contracted the coronavirus can play for the club from quarantine zones. However, practice shows that it is easier for teams to invite a player from outside.
