SAW, Team Unique, BIG, Sprout and forZe qualified for PGL Major Antwerp 2022 Europe RMR

Teams sAw, Team Unique, BIG, Sprout and forZe qualified for the PGL Major Antwerp 2022 Europe RMR. Following the results of the third open qualifier, these teams proved to be stronger than many other contenders for a trip to PGL Major Antwerp 2022, joining other participants in the RMR tournament.

The winner of the qualification was the BIG team, which this time managed to cope with internal pressure, beating SpaceDucks (16:0), sixsixsix (16:9), 6o6uKu (16:6), poikienyo (16:8), GameAgents (16:7), MAD Lions (19:15), WinX (2:0), Sprout (16:5) and SAW (16:8).

The second line is taken by the Portuguese team SAW, which left Bella Ciao (16:4), Norfolk Youths (16:0), LDLC OL (16:3), SACRAMENTO (16:12), Aseris (16) out of work in this qualification:11), K23 (16:12), 1shot (2:0) and Team Unique (16:3). However, in the final, the team failed to cope with BIG (8:16), which did not prevent SAW from completing its task.

The third place according to the results of PGL Major Antwerp 2022 Europe RMR Open Qualifier 3 went to the Sprout team, which defeated KENTIKI (16:0), BOJIku (16:4), Nexus2 (16:1), Apeks (16:6), Lilmix (16:6), BLUEJAYS (16:9) and forZe (2:1). Despite the defeat in the semi-finals by BIG (5:16), the Danish-German team victoriously completed the qualification, having outplayed Team Unique (16:12).

The next "lucky one" was the Kazakh team Team Unique, which beat G7Kosovo (16:5), AMBUSH (16:12), Fade Gaming (16:9), PenzaBless (16:9), 4glory Esports (16:14) on their way), Ungentium (16:8) and Illuminar Gaming (2:1). However, at the very end of the qualification, the team lost to SAW (3:16) and Sprout (12:16), thus taking the fourth place.

forZe was the last team to qualify for PGL Major Antwerp 2022 Europe RMR. Despite a strong start in qualifying, during which the team beat Queota (16:4), Nexus (16:6), Storm (16:4), ASAP (16:8), LowLandLions (16:8) and MASONIC (16:2). However, the team failed to maintain consistency, which is why they lost to Sprout (1:2). falling into a separate net. Here forZe managed to cope with WinX (16:14) and 1shot (2:0), thus getting the last slot for the RMR tournament.
