Rare Atom became the winner of ESL Challenger League Season 40 Asia-Pacific

ESL Challenger League Season 40 Asia-Pacific has come to an end. At the championship, which was held online from February 8 to April 3, 16 teams from Asia and the Pacific region fought for a prize pool of $20,000, as well as one ticket to the ESL Pro League Conference Season 16. The winner of the tournament was the Chinese team Rare Atom, which in the grand final, he was stronger than his compatriots from TYLOO with a score of 3:1.

The tournament for the eventual winner began with an impressive performance in the group stage, during which Rare Atom got all seven victories, losing only one map.

Having made it to the playoffs, the Chinese team continued its ascent, defeating Moon Esports (2:0), The MongolZ (2:0) and TYLOO (2:1) in turn, making it to the grand final. In the Rare final match, Atom again proved to be stronger than TYLOO, having managed to realize its starting advantage, and at the same time becoming stronger following the results of Mirage and Inferno.
