HEET reached the grand final of Elisa Invitational Spring 2022
The HEET team outplayed the ex-MAD Lions with a score of 2:1 and made it to the grand final of the Elisa Invitational Spring 2022. Here the French team will meet the winner of the Bad News Eagles pair — SINNERS. In turn, ex-MAD Lions finished their performance at the championship, taking 3rd-4th place and earning $3,000.
The first semi-final of the championship started on the Dust 2 map, which became the choice of ex-MAD Lions. However, everything immediately turned out not in favor of the nominal “owners”, as they took only four rounds in attack and put themselves in a difficult position. However, after switching sides, the ex-MAD Lions tried to get back into the game, effectively turning the map around. And yet, in the very end, the HEET players managed to keep the advantage, and at the same time take the lead in the series — 16:14.
The teams then moved to the Nuke map, which became HEET's choice. Now the French had to recoup during the meeting, as the opponent confidently played for the defense and got a twofold advantage. Well, after the change of sides, the ex-MAD Lions only strengthened their leadership, thanks to which they managed to equalize the score in the series - 16:7.
Everything was decided on the map Ancient, the first half of which ended in a total defeat from HEET. Well, after the side switch, the French team managed to win the pistol series, and at the same time the entire match, making it to the Elisa Invitational Spring 2022 grand final — 16:2.
