Copenhagen Flames win CCT South Europe Series 1

CCT South Europe Series 1 has ended. As part of the tournament, which took place online from October 10 to 24, 24 teams from Europe and the CIS competed for a total prize pool of $50,000. The championship was won by the Danish team Copenhagen Flames , which beat Monte 2:1 in the grand final (Dust II - 5:16; Ancient - 16:10; Nuke - 16:9).

The competition for the Danish team started from the group stage, during which they lost to ex-SKADE (0:2) and IKLA (0:2), but got victories over Natus Vincere Junior (2:1), BLUEJAYS (2:0) and Zero Tenacity (2:0), making it to the playoffs.

Here, the wards of cube outplayed Entropiq (2:0), Websterz (2:1) and forZe (2:0), being in the final. In the decisive match of the competition, Copenhagen Flames started with a loss on the Dust II map - 5:16. However, the Danes managed to survive on the Ancient map and turned the fate of the series to the deader — 16:10. Everything was decided on the Nuke map, which ended without a fight, but in favor of the Danish team — 16:9.
