According to the results of the Play-In stage, the Polish team suffered two defeats in a row without winning a single map. In turn, Complexity Gaming advanced to the second round of the lower bracket, where tomorrow they will play with ENCE for the right to break into the group stage of the championship.
The penultimate meeting of the game day started on the Nuke map, which turned out to be the choice of the Polish team. However, the audience did not see any struggle, as the players of Complexity Gaming quickly took control of the game and brought the matter to a rout even before the start of the second half - 12:3. After switching sides, the Poles made an attempt to return to the server, taking several rounds. Still, the North American team managed to put the squeeze on their opponent to take the lead in the series — 16:8.
The teams then moved to the Overpass map, which became the choice of Complexity Gaming. But if the first rounds went to the treasury of the Polish team, then later the North Americans returned the initiative to their own hands and quickly strengthened their position - 11:4. After switching sides, Permitta Esports tried to get involved in the fight and even took a few rounds. However, Complexity Gaming had enough skill to deprive the opponent of the prospects for a comeback, and at the same time knock the Poles out of the tournament — 16:7.
