jabbi from Team Heroic turned out to be the strongest player in the group stage of IEM Katowice 2023. Based on the results of the past four days of the tournament, the young Dane scored an impressive rating of 1.39. His contribution was also decisive in the success of the Heroic team, which won three victories in Group B and went directly to the 1/2 finals of the championship.

ZywOo is on the second line — Vitality's sniper scored 1.34. Behind him is jks, who host one of the best tournaments in several years and managed to finish the group stage with a rating of 1.30.

Fourth place went to Jame, the sniper and captain of the Outsiders, who finished with a 1.28 rating. Another Heroic player, sjuush, is in the fifth place with a rating of 1.25.

The top players in the IEM Katowice 2023 group stage also included NiKo (1.23), w0nderful (1.21) and m0NESY (1.21).

It should be noted that Heroic (1.20) turned out to be the best team according to the aggregate rating. G2 Esports and Outsiders are also on the second and third lines, with a rating of 1.17 and 1.12, respectively.

IEM Katowice 2023 takes place from 1 to 12 February in Katowice at the Spodek Arena. As part of the championship, 24 teams from the CIS, Europe, North and Latin America, Asia and Oceania are fighting for a total prize pool of $1,000,000, as well as a ticket to IEM Cologne 2023 for the winner.
