The group stage of ESL Impact Katowice 2023 has ended, according to the results of which the teams Nigma Galaxy Female, NAVI Javelins , B4 Female and FURIA Female made it to the playoffs of the tournament. These four members will compete for the title of the best female team at the start of the 2023 season. In turn, the Counter Logic Gaming Red, 9 Pandas Fearless, Saints and HSG teams could not cope with the pressure, leaving the championship.
Group A
The strongest team of the first quartet was expectedly the Nigma Galaxy Female team, which won two victories over the Saints (16:5) and B4 Female (16:8) in the group, making it to the playoffs with the top seed. The Brazilian team B4 Female moved on from the second line, which, despite the defeat from Nigma Galaxy Female (8:16), managed to outplay HSG twice (22:20; 2:1).

The winner of group B was the Polish team NAVI Javelins, who won two victories over Counter Logic Gaming Red (16:11) and FURIA Female (16:6). From the second place in the playoffs, the Brazilian team FURIA Female passed, which, despite the defeat from NAVI Javelins, (6:16), beat 9 Pandas Fearless twice (22:19; 2:0) and was among the best.
