Virtus.pro will face mousesports in the semi-finals of cs_summit 7

The second quarterfinal of cs_summit 7 ended, in which Virtus.pro confidently beat NiP with a score of 2: 0. Thanks to this victory, the Russian team reached the semifinals of the tournament, where they will meet with mousesports, which previously defeated FURIA (2: 0).

The meeting between Virtus.pro and NiP began at Mirage, where the initiative quickly went away in favor of the Russian team. Despite the comeback in the second half, the map still went to VP with a score of 16:12. On Dust 2, the game was more even, as neither team could get far ahead. Nevertheless, Virtus.pro managed to reverse the attack of the Swedes, having stated the final score of 16:14 on the second map.

cs_summit 7 runs from January 25th to January 31st. The total prize pool of the championship is $ 200,000, $ 90,000 of which will go into the winner's pocket. The silver medalist will take $ 40,000, and the teams that take 3-4 places in the standings will receive $ 12,500 each. The remaining $ 45,000 will be played in the group stage. Teams that take 1st place in their groups will receive bonuses of $ 10,000, and teams that take 2nd place will earn $ 5,000.
