Cs_summit 8: FURIA Esports and Team Liquid advanced to the upper bracket

The group stage within cs_summit 8 has come to an end. Such teams as paiN Gaming, FURIA Esports, Extra Salt and Team Liquid were in the upper bracket of the playoff stage. The teams showed good results in their groups, which cannot be said about the other participants of the championship, O Plano and EXTREMUM. The latter were defeated in the decisive matches and were forced to go to the lower bracket.

Evil Geniuses and Bad News Bears were expecting the worst outcome in this event. The teams were unable to score a single victory during the group stage and completed their way in the championship before the start of the playoffs. EG failed to beat paiN Gaming and FURIA Esports, and Bad News Bears fell under the pressure of teams like Team Liquid and EXTREMUM.
