In parallel with DPC 2021/22 Season 1, Shanghai hosts the first offline event of the year — Intel World Open Beijing. The tournament started from the playoffs and today the second round of the lower bracket is taking place there.

Two matches in a lifetime are already over: Vici Gaming lost to Invictus Gaming with a score of 1-2, and LBZS, having managed to squeeze out one map, still lost to Aster with a score of 1-2. Both losing teams left the event.
