DPC NA 2021/22 Tour 1: Regional Finals has ended. At the championship, which was held online from February 18 to 20, the four best teams from North America at the end of the first DPC season 2021/22 fought for a prize pool of $100,000, as well as precious rating points. The winner of the tournament was the TSM team, which beat Evil Geniuses with a score of 3:2 in the grand final.
The team literally went all the way in one breath, outplaying Evil Geniuses (2:0) and Quincy Crew (2:1), thus making it to the grand final of the competition. However, in the decider match, TSM had to make every effort to win as Evil Geniuses managed to cause trouble. Still, the team managed to snatch victory on the fifth map, thus earning $50,000 and 250 DPC points.
Note that thanks to this victory, TSM moved up to fourth place in the 2021/22 DPC season standings with 430 points at its disposal. PSG.LGD and Team Spirit take the first place, having scored the maximum number of points in the first season.
