BOOM easily dealt with RSG at DPC SEA 2021/2022 Tour 3: Division I

The fourth week of DPC SEA 2021/2022 Tour 3 matches in the first division brought us many interesting skirmishes, we will talk about one of them today.

BOOM, the favorite team of the tournament, faced RSG, a team that showed an excellent performance in the second round of DPC SEA 2021/2022 Division II with a total score of 7-0, thanks to which they earned the right to advance to the first division. We will tell you how the match ended below.

The first map started with FB in the second minute from BOOM, and after that, total domination began from them. The team clearly outperformed the opponents in terms of experience, as a result of which, at the 9th minute, they were leading with a score of 10-0, thanks to Mars' ultimate, all fights took place without a chance for RSG. At the 15th minute the score was 20-4 and 10k gold advantage in favor of BOOM, which allowed them to take Aegis and easily finish the game at the 25th minute with a score of 34-6.

On the second map, the situation was much more interesting, this time RSG took the FB themselves and began to confidently outplay the opponents, thereby completely winning the initial stage. At the 10th minute, the team had a 4k refarm and the score was 7-2. The team took advantage of the experience of the first map and took Mars for themselves, thanks to which most of the fights went in their favor. At the 23rd minute, the advantage in gold was 10k, but it couldn't go on like this forever, a confident fight near the tier-1 tower on the mid lane and BOOM completely neutralize the advantage of the opponents, equalizing the score. The final point in the fight was a fight at 38 minutes near Roshan, which ended with the victory of BOOM, as a result of which they ended the match with a score of 35-28.

Thanks to this victory, BOOM confidently took the first line of the rating, and most likely will become one of the three teams that will receive tickets to PGL Arlington Major 2022.

For RSG, the situation has not changed much, even despite the loss, they still occupy the second position among the teams, and are also one of the main contenders for the major.

As a reminder, DPC SEA 2021/2022 Tour 3: Division I runs from June 8 to July 14. The eight best teams in Southeast Asia are fighting for a prize pool of $205,000, 1,150 DPC points, and the top three will receive a direct invitation to PGL Arlington Major 2022.
