Nemiga Gaming advance to the first division of Eastern Europe
Nemiga Gaming outplayed the X3 team as part of the final part of the DPC 2021/2022 ranking season in the Eastern Europe Second Division. Thus, the team finishes the performance with a 6-1 statistic, guarantees itself a place in the top 2 and a promotion in the class.
The history of Nemiga this season has seen both ups and downs. Last year and early 2022, the team was a regular guest in Division II. But in May of this year, Nemiga Gaming took 7th-8th place in the DPC EEU 2021/2022 Tour 2: Division II Playoffs, losing to No Sorry in the first round of the lower bracket with a score of 1:2. After that, the team faced a change in the composition and a period of playing in various tournaments.
To participate in the final part of the season, the Belarusian team played in the open qualifiers, as a result of which they qualified for the closed qualifiers. Having shown a successful performance, Nemiga Gaming received a slot in DPC EEU 2021/2022 Tour 3: Division II. At the end of the season, so bad and the team outplayed all their opponents, losing only to HellRaisers. The club will continue its performance in the first division, which will happen for the first time in the history of the Belarusian tag. For their participation, in addition to the slot, the team earned at least $16,000.
Recall that DPC EEU 2021/2022 Tour 3: Division II runs from June 6th to July 15th of this year. 8 teams from Eastern Europe are fighting for a prize pool of $75,000 and 2 slots in Division I. The 2 worst teams will leave the rating season and will have to start all over from the very beginning, namely from open qualifiers.
