Closed qualifiers for DPC 2023: SEA - DPC SEA 2023 Tour 1: Closed Qualifier have ended in Southeast Asia. The main winner of the race for a slot in the second division was the SPAWN Team .
The Indonesian stack got together right before the start of the open qualifiers, where they took part before the start of the closed qualifiers. They got to DPC SEA 2023 Tour 1: Closed Qualifier on the third try.
En route to a second division slot in the first round of DPC 2023 Southeast Asia, SPAWN defeated Neon Esports 2-0, Lilgun 2-1 and Yangon Galacticos in the slot match 2-1. The latter, by the way, received a lifetime ban from participation in the championships from EPULZE (tournament operator of DPC SEA 2023) for using cheats.
The second slot in the second division of the SEA DPC 2023 went to Drink Water. They received a technical victory over the blocked Yangon Galacticos.

SPAWN in the second division will be UD Vessuwan, Polaris Esports, Army Geniuses, Team Flow, Atlantis, XERXIA and Drink Water. The first matches of the DPC SEA 2023 Tour 1: Division II will start on February 1, 2023. The tournament itself will be held from 1 to 19 February next year. It will play for 2 trips to the first division and $75,000.
